1. What's covered
- Your first Premium purchase (monthly or yearly).
- Refund requests submitted within 30 days.
- Subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play.
2. What's not covered
- Renewals after the first billing period (cancel any time before renewal to avoid being charged).
- Repeat refund requests after a previously refunded purchase.
- Charges from your phone carrier, store provider, or payment processor that fall outside our control.
3. How to request a refund
Apple App Store
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your GoVPN purchase, and choose "Request a refund". Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
Google Play Store
Open the Play Store app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → tap your GoVPN order → Request a refund.
